The story of the goats and ducks

Once upon a time, there was a farm in the everglades of the national forest of America.
The forest was a busy place and it had all sorts of children and also many leprechauns and unicorns.  I liked the unicorns when I saw them dance in the forest, but the leprechauns were ugly and wore t-shirts that said "skyline".

The leprechauns would dance in the forest to the songs of the mice and elephants.
It was a beautiful day and of course the mice and elephants were singing.

The leprechauns danced their bit and of course there was always a pen for the goats as well as a pond for the ducks.

The problem was however that the goats and the ducks did not always enjoy one anothers company.
The goats would live on the seeds from the buckets that the farmer would put out each morning and the ducks were also given seeds from a different bucket.

Unfortunately the goats would finish their seed and then go and eat the seed of the ducks also.
This usually was ok because the ducks really did not eat their seed very fast.
But eventually there were times that the ducks simply did not have enough to feed on in the morning.  They would have to wait until the evening for the farmer to come and bring them more seed.

The goats were feeling ok because the ducks were always out swimming and having a good time.  The goats on the other hand might only be able to wash their beards and tails in the stream.  This bothered the goats because they saw that the ducks would be able to swim and splash in the water.
The goats unfortunately were limited to the play pens that they were given.  There was no floating and there was no quacking either.
It was ugly in the everglades farm that was nestled in the forest.
Along came an idea.
Issues arose in the forest and the sale of unicorn treats was limited.  This was not a concern for the goats and the ducks did not even know that there were unicorns on the farm since they were in a place far from the pond.
Solutions to the unicorn treat shortage came from the farmer who decided to mold some seeds for the ducks and goats into unicorn treats.
When the goats saw that the unicorns were eating the seed, they got scared.  They decided that if the farmer could feed the ducks and the unicorns, there might not be much more seed for the goats to enjoy.  And the real problem was that the ducks were really living on the last of the seed and that the ducks would have been the first to look for more seed.
So if you are a goat, thank your lucky stars that you continue to get fed.  Because the real story is that the farmer really likes his duck pond.  The farmer might just build a fence that will keep you from eating the ducks feed as he now might have to cut back on the seed that he gives out.

  1. Reading this story should be fun, for what do leprechans have to do with a farm and why do they wear shirts that say skyline? The order of this story is that the leprechans are the roses we plant in our culture that dictates that we grow and ascertain a bigger and bigger reliance on the future to bail out our past. The fact is that the leprechans are ugly becuase amassing debt in the nation is very ugly too. The simple fact is that the goats eat too much and take the enjoyment out of the lives of the ducks. This is akin to the rich who keep getting richer and the ducks are the poor who have little to meet their own needs.
In fact if it was not for the fact that our farmer, namely our G-d was there to make certain that there is always a future and that we have a good hope to keep getting fed in life, we would not be able to have a country that has unicorns.

  2. To illustrate further, there will always be a plentyhood of seed for the farm. There is a farmer who puts it out. The farmer has more seed and the seed obviously equates to life and liberty and happiness.
The seeds goes on to feed the unicorns when their source of unicorn treats runs out. This relates to unemployment and other social maladies that exist. The fact is that there will always be a need to provide life liberty and happiness for those who are unemployed and have not their needs. Thus there is a deficit in the seed that is to feed the rich and the poor. The rich will have to make concessions so that we can continue to have unicorns which equates to freedom and prosperity. In effect, there is a future where there is a higher taxation that will be necessary in order to ensure that we all have peace and prosperity. Thus there will be hope for a better future.

  3. One more insight here. The fact that the goats eat the seed for the ducks does not imply that the rich are stealing from the poor. This is an example that the rich think that they are more entitled to the pursuit of life liberty and happiness in America. I can assure you that our Creator is very much in favor of the fruitful futures of all peoples that he creates. So thus, the ones who are truly entitled are the ducks. The ducks are the citizens who need less and continue to work for a better future. This is akin to the democrats today and the republicans are the goats. Make sense?

  4. Lets not leave any stone unturned. The fact that it is the mice and the elephants that sing to the leprechauns is akin to the fact that all Americans, no matter how big or how small are entitled to the American Way of Life. This is a fact of course and I am sure that noone will dispute that America is a place for all persons to be able to find their place in the future and build a life for one another. So this is an example of how every man and woman in America hums a song of freedom and that by doing so, America continues to grow and lead the entire planet and all of the nations. This is a simple fact. The elephants and the mice are playing a tune and the fact is simple, there is a leprechaun who likes that tune and keeps dancing.
