I liked you at first
And you seemed like a ghost
Of all the trouble I thought I'd miss
I thought I'd even give you a big kiss
But then it dawned on mankind
That your home was still a little a mess
And at that time I saw you
You could not be at your best
So today I do fine
And I am way down the line
I liked you of course
Yet to me, you were a divorce
I threw you to the rails
I thought I'd hang with the snails
I said a few nice words
And left you at shalom

Gold is the answer!
I liked you so
For you were not too cool
I thought you were funny
And maybe you'd be my fool
For you were less than popular
And I was in the same boat
And if you and I could hang
Maybe we'd stay afloat
But be it as it may
I have a new job today
And I have gold in the bank
And I never needed to say hello again
- a tribute to a friend.
For you were not too cool
I thought you were funny
And maybe you'd be my fool
For you were less than popular
And I was in the same boat
And if you and I could hang
Maybe we'd stay afloat
But be it as it may
I have a new job today
And I have gold in the bank
And I never needed to say hello again
- a tribute to a friend.
Fire flake
Oh mamzer that you are
The lights of heaven
Will seal you tight
What could been
Never entered your soul
For you just wanted your bowl
And friendship never endured
The lights of heaven
Will seal you tight
What could been
Never entered your soul
For you just wanted your bowl
And friendship never endured

Why I did lie
Why did I lie to you so dear
For you were never my big fear
For you had several pieces of pie
And you were not aiming at all for my eye
But alas I felt Just
To do as I saw I must
To say flake freak to you
And say you are not too cool
For the fact was obvious
That was the need of your day
For you were not too honest
And I was not too brey
And you were not a friend
And I was not yet a stone
And you were not my pleasure
And I was not your tone
So be it what it may
I am still glad to be me
For you are known as worse
And I am here to stay
For you were never my big fear
For you had several pieces of pie
And you were not aiming at all for my eye
But alas I felt Just
To do as I saw I must
To say flake freak to you
And say you are not too cool
For the fact was obvious
That was the need of your day
For you were not too honest
And I was not too brey
And you were not a friend
And I was not yet a stone
And you were not my pleasure
And I was not your tone
So be it what it may
I am still glad to be me
For you are known as worse
And I am here to stay
Allowance of Honesty
I saw you in the board room
And you said hello at last
For the door was just closing
And you were not getting past
For the world is quite large
And I am just a man
For the children are greedy
And the wifes are home in their stead
But the world is not too privy
Of a woven arm of impunity
And the cows are not too cowish
In their light of promiscuity
But you said you were my love
And I said I was good for the day
And you wanted to say pretty
And I was going about my own way
But that was the way it was
And you are not white with esteem
For I found you were faithless
And you found me too extreme
I canceled my check to the sleeve
And you asked me for a new reprieve
And I noted you in space and time
And blessings found a new dime
And you said hello at last
For the door was just closing
And you were not getting past
For the world is quite large
And I am just a man
For the children are greedy
And the wifes are home in their stead
But the world is not too privy
Of a woven arm of impunity
And the cows are not too cowish
In their light of promiscuity
But you said you were my love
And I said I was good for the day
And you wanted to say pretty
And I was going about my own way
But that was the way it was
And you are not white with esteem
For I found you were faithless
And you found me too extreme
I canceled my check to the sleeve
And you asked me for a new reprieve
And I noted you in space and time
And blessings found a new dime
To the one who steals my silence
Today I watched a petticoat
And that was fun and grand
But you were such a friendly sort
I wish I had a flower too
So bless the day with gas lamps
And give to children at will
Tomorrow will be a merry day
For to you I will give my bill
And that was fun and grand
But you were such a friendly sort
I wish I had a flower too
So bless the day with gas lamps
And give to children at will
Tomorrow will be a merry day
For to you I will give my bill

Skin head Skin head in the rain
To the certain fellow
Who likes to share his ambivalence
To the reasons that we coexist
I share my cornerstone
Of nonviolent dreams
And hope that you will
Make amends
Who likes to share his ambivalence
To the reasons that we coexist
I share my cornerstone
Of nonviolent dreams
And hope that you will
Make amends
Ode to the Second Hand on the Clock
Master of the hour
What do you say to me this heart beat
I work for the jubilation of my life
And you tick each moment away
What do you say to me this heart beat
I work for the jubilation of my life
And you tick each moment away

Stealing from a Patriot
First they took his Watch
Then they took his Window
Next they stole his Trumpet
And after that they took his Lamp
They removed the Door from his balcony
And they Threw away his favorite Tight Rope
They whisked away his Trees
And they offered his School Yard to the next highest bidder.
